Job Title: Software Development Engineer in Test ( SDET ) Location: Onsite role in Lake Forest, CA. Experience Level: 10+ Years Work Arrangement: On-site with 4 day work-from-office days per week. Eligibility: This position is only open to US citizens or Green Card holders. Please Note: We do not provide work authorization sponsorship. Experienced Professionals : Must be a U.S. Citizen , Green Card holder (no H1B, no H4EAD or no OPT candidates). Applicants must be willing to work onsite for 4 days a week. As an SDET at WITS, you'll ensure the quality and reliability of our software products by designing, implementing, and executing automated tests. You'll collaborate with software engineers, participate in code reviews, and enhance testing processes to maintain high standards of software quality in an innovative, fast-paced environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) or similar roles. Strong programming skills in language C#. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g. Selenium , Appium, JUnit, TestNG). Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Location: Hybrid & 4 days onsite in Lake Forest, CA. Duration: Full-time position. We do not provide work authorization sponsorship or relocation support. We don't work with Vendors or RTR.
