Service Now SME We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join our team. In this role, associate will be instrumental in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Associate will work closely with business stakeholders, risk managers, compliance officers, and audit teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions that enhance our organization's risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence. Need hands-on 5+ years ServiceNow development experience. Key Responsibilities: • ServiceNow IRM Development & Configuration: * Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM). * Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM). * Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting. * Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows. • Integration & Data Management: * Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server). * Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes. • Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions. * Participate in requirements workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning. * Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices. Preferred Qualifications: * ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). * ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Risk and Compliance (GRC CIS). * ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).

Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow including Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions/components • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, Integrations and CMDB. • Experience using applicable programming methodologies: JavaScript, API(Restful), XML, Java, Jelly scripting, Angular JS. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills demon strated by the ability topresent complicated technical solutions to multiple audiences, from the technicalteam to Senior leaders. • An understanding of GRC/IRM industry trends • Overall 8+ years of development experience.

Preferred Qualifications: • Working knowledge of GCP • Typically has prior technical experience of systems analysis/programming. • Experience building/executing JS utilities • Hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator credentials • Conceptual architecture knowledge. • 5+ years Agile Framework experience as well as hands on Scaled Agile Framework experience • Machine Learning or Generative AI knowledge is a plus, not mandatory.

Salary Range- $95,000-$120,000 a year
