Key job responsibilities
Solve systemic issues, drive changes into development, and build mechanisms to scale and operate infrastructure at the Edge and Data Center. Collaborate with subject matter experts in compute, memory, storage technologies to enhance customer experience in cloud computing. Interface with internal and external customers to understand project requirements and facilitate system development on server design. Address operational challenges in existing fleet to improve customer experience and develop systems for future designs. Work directly with vendors and ODM/JDM design teams for product development and manufacturing at scale. About The Team

BS degree in EE, CE, or CS 5+ years experience with complex server, storage, or network server designs Experience developing specifications, verification plans, and operational repair plans Debugging and root cause analysis of PCIe, memory, storage, or networking subsystems Support experience managing customer escalations in large-scale environments Interdisciplinary team collaboration from concept to production Preferred Qualifications
MS degree in EE, CE, or CS Experience leading complete server development projects Knowledge of server technologies: BIOS, BMC, signal integrity, memory, storage, PCIe, thermal Experience deploying and operating hardware at scale Developed failure monitoring and alerting systems Results-oriented with a bias for action We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
