Position Purpose
The Senior Analyst, Marketing Measurement (S&S) will play a critical role in advancing our Marketing Measurement capabilities by unlocking new solutions that support the delivery of our data and reporting products. This position will collaborate closely with Strategy & Solutions teammates, as well as cross-functional business and technical partners, to progress our Measurement roadmap. The Sr. Analyst will manage the product lifecycle of Measurement solutions from discovery to launch. Responsibilities include gathering business requirements, exploring data with technical partners, monitoring project progress via Jira, and communicating updates to stakeholders. Additionally, the role supports documentation efforts across tools like Confluence and Miro, and creates showcase materials such as demos and trainings. The role extends support to the data and product needs of Orange Apron Media and Enterprise teams. Success requires balancing technical skills (data queries and analyses) with soft skills (customized communication). The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, curiosity, and a results-driven mindset.

Research and analyze business trends & customer behavior data to identify opportunities for website enhancements.

Analyze web analytics data and offline data to evaluate site performance.

Collaborate with the Web Analyst to provide weekly Web Analytics dashboards.

Lead new programs and initiatives for the Web Analytics Team.

Provide web analytics strategy to the Specialty Channel.

Minimum Qualifications
At least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in the U.S.
Experience in business/financial modeling (Excel, Access)
Skills in statistical analysis, communication, and interpersonal relations
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail; self-starter
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of marketing platforms, SQL, Tableau, and data tools
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Miro
Presentation and people skills; results-driven; curious about marketing measurement
Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
