149215563 Staffing Coordinator We are looking for a dynamic LPN to join our team as a Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team in Miami, FL. The Staffing Coordinator collaborates with the team to ensure that the experience of our clients and employees exceeds expectations.

This position must enjoy working collaboratively with a team and be adaptable to changing demands and priorities.
Daily activities include: managing schedules of Home Care clients and Staffing partners problem-solving scheduling and customer service issues communicating frequently, clearly, and effectively with clients, field staff, and colleagues answering phones and educating prospective clients on the reasons BrightStar Care best fits their needs participating in employee recognition activities. BrightStar Care strives to be available to our clients and staff whenever they need us. As such, participation in an afterhours on-call rotation to field calls and solve scheduling and customer service concerns is required. Staffing Coordinator Requirements : Active Florida LPN License Must live in/near the North Miami area or be able to reasonably commute Valid driver’s license with reliable vehicle and auto insurance Solid foundation of experience in health care staffing Proficiency with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong oratory and written communication skills. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Ability to provide superior customer service, problem-solve, and tactfully handle difficult situations. Critical thinking skills and the ability to work autonomously at times to produce an optimum solution.
