Altamonte Springs The role you will contribute: The Business Analyst (II) acts as a liaison between clinical and operational service lines, supporting quality and performance measurement initiatives. Responsibilities include developing reports, scorecards, dashboards, analyzing data, and providing insights to improve clinical quality, patient safety, and performance benchmarking. The role requires maintaining a deep understanding of the supported business area and demonstrating excellent customer service. The value you will bring to the team: Develop and maintain performance measurement processes and tools. Engage with leadership and quality personnel to assess data needs and improve analytic products. Analyze data to identify improvement areas and provide insights. Create KPIs related to clinical outcomes, costs, patient satisfaction, etc. Manage and validate complex datasets from multiple sources. Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards. Conduct analyses to support strategic decisions. Collaborate with analytics staff and support quality improvement efforts. Develop expertise in business and clinical operations related to performance metrics. Perform data mining and extraction tasks. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Proficiency in MS Office applications. Strong communication skills adaptable to various audiences. Ability to summarize data and present insights effectively. Self-motivated and collaborative work style. Attention to detail. Experience with data mining/extraction tools. Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects. Knowledge of data visualization and statistical analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SAS, etc.). Familiarity with data management tools (MS Access, SQL). Knowledge of electronic medical records data and statistical analysis methods.
