ProSidian Seeks a
Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant
| Strategic Communications and Campaign Development [DOA0016015] for Program Support on a W-2 Exempt basis, supporting services that enhance Soldier readiness and the well-being of the Army Family, located at Fort Bragg, NC, and across the Mid Atlantic Region. Candidates should have relevant DOD/Military Sector experience, including technical expertise, to support professional services engagements for clients like the Department of Army (DOA). This role involves strategic messaging and campaign development, with potential conversion to a full-time W-2 position with ProSidian. JOB OVERVIEW Provide services as a Public Messaging (Strategic Marketing and Communications Consultant) focusing on Program/Project Management Solutions for DOD/Military clients such as Fort Bragg Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program (FAP). RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Develop flyers, QR-linked forms, campaign posters Design strategic messaging and promotional materials Analyze engagement data to optimize messaging Qualifications: Bachelor’s in Communications, Marketing, or Graphic Design 3+ years of relevant experience Skills Required Adobe Suite, Mailchimp, Canva, writing/editing Core Competencies Creativity, clarity, mission-driven messaging Additional Role Support Assist Outreach Coordinator with events Provide materials for Training sessions Other Details Collaborate with Data Analyst for campaign reporting Benefits and Highlights ProSidian offers competitive compensation, health benefits, 401(k), PTO, flexible spending accounts, and other perks.
