CANDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE AN ACTIVE TS/SCI WITH POLYGRAPH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION. Job Description: Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting database backups. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to NetApp and Commvault systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides, best practices, and standard operating procedures. Mentor and train other support engineers, sharing knowledge and best practices. Stay current with the latest NetApp technologies, best practices, and certifications. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical issues. Ensure all storage devices are security compliant. Contribute to monitoring of team metrics and KPIs, ensuring service health and success. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and security teams. Dayshift, Mon-Fri Salary: $118k - $207k depending on experience and contract. Qualifications: Fifteen (15) years of experience as an SA in programs of similar scope. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or five (5) years of additional SA experience. Proven experience troubleshooting storage environments. Knowledge of Windows and UNIX. Desired Skills: Understanding of infrastructure and applications with design recommendation capabilities. Familiarity with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Python). Knowledge of NetApp ONTAP hardware, software, and features. Knowledge of virtualization platforms like VMware. Proficiency in NAS protocols (NFS, SMB). Proven track record in enterprise storage management. IAT Level II, Security+ CE certification.
