To support and enhance business operations by bridging the gap between IT and functional departments through effective analysis, implementation, and support of enterprise systems. This role focuses on driving process improvements, supporting ERP and CRM platforms (including Dynamics 365 Sales), coordinating EDI operations, maintaining labeling systems, and providing PC support. The ideal candidate will leverage strong analytical skills and technical knowledge to deliver scalable solutions, with added value from experience in Power Automate, EDI platforms like DI Central, and labeling tools such as Loftware and BarTender.
Essential Functions
Assess functional requirements and initiate complex installations of ERP technologies that meet interdepartmental, and company needs Drive projects leading to continue improvement of processes and capabilities beyond the initial implementation project Display a good understanding of inventory and distribution modules to support design decisions, implementation activities, and continuous improvement projects Ensure cross-functional access to systems; utilize ERP integration methodologies to map business processes to ERP modules (typically with assistance from consultants or vendors) and administer user acceptance testing Display a good knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures for conducting business analysis and proficiency in conducting business requirements-gathering sessions Has knowledge of ERP languages and can communicate with programmers and other specialists on matters of file design, testing, debugging, storage, access, and related activities Consult with business unit leadership and/or project team leadership to drive project activities Track and document changes to functional and business specifications Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, and procedures Assist the IT helpdesk with troubleshooting issues at the plant Other duties as assigned
Required Education And Experience
3-5 years experience as a Business Analyst 3+ years experience using an ERP system in a manufacturing environment (Microsoft NAV or BC preferred) Performs work under minimal supervision Ability to support multiple concurrent projects Personal Skills and Competencies Ability to use data and/or insights to perform root cause analysis to help guide decision making Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills. Must be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and facilitate training and testing sessions with end users Ability to work independently or with a group to identify and recommend resolution to issues Business acumen in related field and ability to quickly understand new business terms, data, methodology, philosophy, etc. Customer focused with the ability to quickly prioritize actions based on day-to-day activities Process focused with the ability to organize information, projects, tasks, etc. Contributes to building a positive team spirit, shares knowledge and experience
Preferred Skills
Bachelors Degree in computer information systems, computer science, business administration Experience supporting Dynamics 365 Sales; experience with implementation or modification is a plus Familiarity with Microsoft Power Automate is a plus
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The person in this position frequently is required to walk and climb stairs. Also, it is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and peripheral vision.

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee while performing the essential duties of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
The IT Operations support will frequently spend time on the manufacturing floor as well as in the office. While on the manufacturing floor, they will be required to wear eye and hearing protection. Safety-toed shoes are highly recommended around and on manufacturing equipment.
