IT Operations Support Engineer
to join our IT Department in NYC. If you are passionate about making a difference, keep reading — this could be the start of something extraordinary. What will I be doing? As our IT Ops Support Engineer in NYC, you will ensure a seamless experience for all staff by managing hardware and software from procurement to support, focusing on efficiency. You will collaborate with our global IT team to enhance our NYC office's technological capabilities. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will be proactive and eager to tackle challenges. This role involves working in a dynamic, high-tempo environment, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. What do I need to bring? You should demonstrate the core skills required, and willingness to learn is key. Our ideal candidate will have: Qualifications or certifications such as A+, Network+, ITIL Experience with cybersecurity tools including antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP, disk encryption, SSO, MFA Support experience across multiple OS platforms: MacOS, iOS, Windows, Android Experience with Identity Management Platforms like Okta, OneLogin, Jumpcloud Experience with Endpoint Management platforms such as Jamf, Kandji A collaborative and proactive working style Strong troubleshooting skills across various platforms and devices An attitude aligned with our values: thinking big, asking why, showing respect Interview process Initial call with Talent Team, followed by two video interviews with hiring managers and panel, potentially including a presentation and values discussion. Additional stages may occur as part of our process.
