Job Title: Support Team Leadership Development – Remote
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced mentor and coach passionate about guiding professionals transitioning into leadership roles within digital marketing, coaching, or mindset development. This fully remote, high-impact position is with a global organization dedicated to transformation, leadership, and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies targeting client-service professionals via LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks.

Minimum 5 years experience in HR consulting, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

Strategic mindset with ability to align talent with suitable roles.
Proficient in sourcing tools, CRM systems, and social media recruiting.
