Job Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience in the setup and programming of Swiss CNC machines, Robodrills, and CNC lathes. Develop tooling solutions, machining methods, and provide technical support to set up operators. Leading a department of talented operators. Creating KPI's and driving results. Generate CNC programs using the latest version of PartMaker. Program for a variety of machine tools, including Citizen Swiss lathes, Robodrills, and Nakamura Lathes Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality
Job Qualifications
Min. 3 years of experience programming Swiss machines in a production machining environment. 3 years of experience in the position of Senior Machinist/Programmer or similar Experience leading a team of talented operators. PartMaker software and CNC programming abilities Proficiency in JobBoss ERP software is beneficial Excellent organizational and time management skills Leadership mentality and the desire for continuous improvement Strong experience with GD&T and Form-Fit-Function principles
