Symfony Software Engineer
in Portland, Oregon, to help us build robust backend systems that support our growing portfolio of resorts.

Your Impact
Develop and maintain scalable, modular web applications using Symfony Build and optimize database interactions using Doctrine ORM and SQL Write clean, maintainable code and contribute to long-term platform stability Design and integrate RESTful APIs to support frontend and third-party systems Write unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and reduce production issues Participate in code reviews, team planning, and architecture discussions Collaborate with other developers, product managers, and QA to deliver high-quality features Support system monitoring, debugging, and performance tuning as needed
Requirements
What You Bring
3+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on the Symfony framework Experience with Doctrine ORM and proficiency in relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, MVC architecture, and clean code practices Familiarity with writing unit tests and using testing frameworks like PHPUnit Proficiency with Git and comfort working in an Agile environment Bonus: Experience with Docker, messaging systems (e.g., RabbitMQ), or event-driven design A collaborative mindset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to building systems that scale
