Description Captivation Software is seeking a mid-level systems administrator to assist with daily responsibilities. Requirements Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, and be a U.S. citizen. Minimum Qualifications: Five (5) years experience as a Systems Administrator in programs of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university, or five (5) years of additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree. Desired Skills include automation with Ansible, Python, and BASH, CI/CD, containerization with Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible, Git management, experience with Windows and Linux DHCP/DNS, proficiency with Linux distributions, cloud technologies, automation tools like SaltStack and Puppet, and virtualization platforms. Note:
This position is open for direct hires only. We will not consider candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting firms. Benefits Salary ranging from $130,000 to $270,000 depending on experience. Up to 20% 401k contribution (no matching required, vested from day one). Competitive hourly rates. $3,400 HSA contribution. Five weeks paid time off. Company-paid medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and short/long-term disability.
