Captivation Software is seeking a mid-level systems administrator to assist with daily responsibilities. Requirements
Security Clearance: Must currently hold a Top Secret/SCI U.S. Government security clearance with a favorable Polygraph, and all candidates must be U.S. citizens. Minimum Qualifications: Ten (10) years of experience as a Systems Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, five (5) years of additional Systems Administrator experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree. Desired Skills
Automation with Ansible, Python, and BASH CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) Containerization with Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Swarm Git repository management Configuring and managing Windows and Linux DHCP and DNS servers and clients Proficiency in Linux distributions such as RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian; knowledge of Linux system processes, file systems, networking, and offline repository configuration Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), container registries, and cloud-based monitoring tools Experience with automation tools like SaltStack, Puppet, or Chef Experience with hypervisors such as VMware, Proxmox, or OpenStack This position is open for direct hires only. We will not consider candidates from third-party staffing or recruiting firms. Benefits
Annual Salary: $130,000 - $270,000 (dependent on experience) Up to 20% 401(k) contribution (no matching required, vested from day 1) Above market hourly rates $3,400 HSA contribution 5 weeks paid time off Company-paid medical, dental, vision insurance, life insurance, short-term & long-term disability, AD&D Additional Details
