As a member of the AWS Utility Computing (UC) organization, you will be instrumental in developing and managing a wide range of services, including Compute, Database, Storage, IoT, and more, while catering to the unique security needs of our customers. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to devise, design, and launch innovative products. Build and design technologies that impact large distributed computing environments and drive significant industry changes. Create solutions that enable predictions on distributed systems, utilizing innovative technologies at scale. Develop scalable, fault-tolerant, low-cost, and user-friendly distributed storage, indexing, and querying systems. Take ownership of projects from conception through to launch, working within an agile framework to deliver high-quality software. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields with graduation dates between May 2023 - September 2025, or graduated within the last 24 months. Programming proficiency in at least one modern language (Java, C++, C#, etc.) with a focus on object-oriented design. Solid understanding of computer science fundamentals, including data structures and algorithm design. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in building complex software systems with successful delivery. Knowledge of best practices for the software development lifecycle, including coding standards and testing. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with users and technical teams. Our total compensation reflects labor costs across various U.S. markets, ranging from $99,500 to $200,000 annually based on your location and experience.
