Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Director Of Information Technology Position Overview Our industrial manufacturing company is currently seeking a Director of Information Technology to join our growing portfolio. The Director of IT will be a proven leader managing an IT team of 10 employees within a Manufacturing Environment ($100-300 million). This position manages departments, teams, projects, and resources which may include System Support Services, Technology Support, Networking, Web Innovation and Development, IT Security, Help Desk, Data Center and is responsible for IT decision making, providing strategic IT input to the senior leadership team and must have post-acquisition integration experience. Director Of Information Technology Position Overview Our industrial manufacturing company is currently seeking a Director of Information Technology to join our growing portfolio. Director Of Information Technology Essential Functions Creating a long-term plan for the upgrading of key systems to avoid creating technical debt and security risks over time. Providing for the backup and restoration of critical systems. Lead team to ensure standards and processes for operational technology meet the businesses present and future needs and facilitates rapid repeatable deployments. Deliver multiple projects; manage issues, roadblocks, dependencies, overlaps and scope. Identify risk mitigation strategies, take prompt action to resolve issues and address impacts. Provide status updates at all levels of the organization according to the communication plan. Manage contingent labor resources and coordinate their delivery while maximizing insourcing of key roles. Manage budget and project financials and contracts associated with programs or initiatives for your team. Continuously improving security and emergency management protocols to meet new requirements. Director Of Information Technology Required Experience Working knowledge of IQMS/OMEGA (preferred). Minimum 10 years of experience in an IT role within Operational Technology, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sourcing, or Environmental Health & Safety. Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within IT deployment or functional leadership in Manufacturing or Supply Chain. Minimum 2 cycles of ERP or manufacturing solutions deployment or projects from an IT or functional/business perspective. Minimum 2 years of experience implementing and supporting manufacturing network and security solutions. Nationwide travel up to 25%. May be required to lift or carry up to 25 lbs. May be required to sit or stand for a prolonged period; viewing a computer monitor or performing physical work on various IT hardware. Director of Information Technology Physical Demands and Work Environment Travel to Thunderbird locations as needed with little advance notice. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position is primarily in an office environment. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on a computer. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite. + Ability to establish trust, credibility, and rapport at all levels of the organization; seen as humble, direct, and authentic while possessing professional presence.
