As Tech Lead, you’ll work directly with our Product Director and lead a team of engineers in delivering robust, high-performing features and functionality. You'll play a key role in shaping the architectural vision and development practices of a product with significant industry impact. Key Responsibilities Own the system architecture : Define and evolve the structure of OAE, including component interactions and long-term scalability. Lead development initiatives : Guide the team through implementation of critical features across the stack. Mentor and inspire : Serve as a role model for development best practices and build a culture of quality and collaboration. Drive agile execution : Help your team meet sprint milestones and release goals, ensuring delivery aligns with user and business needs. Partner with product management : Contribute to backlog refinement, clarify user stories, and ensure technical feasibility aligns with product vision. Technical Qualifications (Must-Have) Expert-level front-end development (Vue.js, 5+ years)
Strong background in data-driven, offline-first applications
Backend experience with Node.js, PostgreSQL, GraphQL (Hasura or Apollo) Experience with microservice architecture, CI/CD pipelines, TDD Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), Docker, Kubernetes Strong SQL skills, particularly in PostgreSQL Multiple programming language experience and a systems-oriented mindset Must Have - Experience Qualifications:
8 years of development experience in total minimum 4 years in a development lead role. Leading a team of 4 minimum.

Minimum 8 years of hands-on software development experience At least four years in a technical leadership role, managing teams of 4+ engineers Proven ability to work closely with non-technical users and stakeholders Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
