Rate Range: $63-$68/Hr

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Java Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications, working across both front-end and back-end technologies. You will guide a team of developers, ensure best coding practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end development of enterprise-grade applications. Architect robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs. Design interactive front-end interfaces using Angular/React and JavaScript/TypeScript. Mentor and manage a team of developers, conducting code reviews and guiding best practices. Integrate applications with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud services (preferably AWS). Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD implementation and deployment. Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define technical requirements. Required Skills:

8+ years of experience in software development. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices. Proficient in front-end frameworks like Angular (preferred) or React. Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. Experience with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases. Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Good understanding of CI/CD, version control (Git), and Agile methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills. Skills:
