PAN India For Software Engineer Position. BE, BTech, MCA, MSc Freshers 2022 Batch are eligible to apply for this off campus drive. More details regarding Tech Mahindra Freshers Job Openings 2022 are given below. Job Description:
This Program is open ONLY for Engineering graduates and/or MCA candidates who have
passed out in 2022 . This is not open to candidates who have passed these courses prior to 2022. Also,
ME/MTech
candidates are
not eligible
for this program. Bond and Compensation:
On selection, the candidate will be on probation for
3 months
with a CTC of
INR 3.25 L /annum . The candidate will have to sign an indemnity bond for INR 1 L for a mandatory period of service of 2 years from the date of joining the company. During probation, the candidate will undergo unit specific classroom training / on-the-job training / shadowing as per the business requirement. Work Location and Timings:
The candidate should be willing to work on any type of project at any of the TechM Development Centers or Client Locations spread across the country as per the company specified work timings, including working in shifts.
