As a Technical Implementation Analyst at Juvare, you’ll put your web developer skills into practice as part of our Client Experience team. In this experienced front-end developer role, you’ll work side by side with clients to customize and configure our process driven software solutions including WebEOC , Unified Command Platform, and Juvare Exchange. You will wear many hats and possess a unique combination of technical skills and business acumen as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude. Along the way, our experienced team will mentor you on the nuances of emergency management and you will develop advanced knowledge of the world’s leading crisis and emergency management solutions! Responsibilities:
Proficiently use reusable common components in solution library. Update reusable common components in solution library as needed. Deploy code using CI/CD best practices independently. Execute solution design in partnership with solution architect. Design solutions to meet security, compliance, scale, reusability, and sustainability expectations. Support client meetings without supervision from Sr. TIA or Manager. Document solution requirements and client requests as needed. Take responsibility for knowledge transfer to the project team. Escalate appropriately for assistance from a Sr. TIA or a Solution Architect when client requirements may lead to technical and practical limitations. Document the final as-built configuration following the completion of a project or implementation independently. Perform quality control and testing activities independently. Independently perform application debugging. Understand and adhere to technical standards. Identify best practices that can be leveraged to update technical standards. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies. Deliver client training as needed and assist in creating client training material. Test and deploy API. Maintain familiarity with JX Connectors. Conduct Peer Reviews and provide feedback on coding standards and best practices. Qualifications and Experience:
5+ years experience in US Department of Defense Service required Bachelor's degree strongly preferred 2+ years' experience in client-facing role 1+ years' experience in writing test cases 1+ years’ experience in debugging and troubleshooting technical issues 1+ years’ experience in working with Agile Scrum or Agile Kanban teams 1+ years’ experience with Git and Source Control Management Software (such as GitLab, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Subversion (SVN), etc.) Familiarity with OWASP and experience with web security Experience with Jira and Confluence, or similar commercially available software Certified as a Professional WebEOC Administrator or ability to secure certification within 12 months of start date Experience with public sector (Federal, DoD, State) IT strongly preferred. Public Trust Clearance or ability to pass an SF-85 background check and obtain a Public Trust Clearance required. Skills/ Knowledge Requirements:
Familiarity with jQuery, JSON, XML, XSLT Proficiency in using libraries Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases Experience with RESTful services and APIs Experience with Material Design and/or Bootstrap Proficient in using Source Control and CI/CD best practices. Proficiency in unit testing and experience with automated testing Prior experience implementing software Comfortable and confident in speaking with clients Ability to translate client business outcomes into technical solutions Superior analytical and problem-solving skills Professional verbal, written, and presentation skills Self-starter and self-motivated with ability to perform effectively in a team environment Ability to communicate clearly with teammates and meet deadlines Familiarity with emergency management a plus Ability and willingness to travel up to 25% Able to productively manage ambiguity and shifting requirements from clients.
