Helm is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Advisor to serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for vehicle diagnosis and repair across the Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and RAM brands. This role is pivotal in supporting the dealer network by providing expert virtual assistance on complex vehicle repair issues and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary technical resource for escalated vehicle repair concerns from assigned dealers. Build and maintain strong relationships with Dealer Principals, Service Managers, and District Managers. Collaborate with DMs, Customer Relations Managers, and Customer Care teams to resolve customer concerns. Ensure completion of Stellantis technical training curriculum by DMs and dealers. Support warranty cost reduction and buyback prevention initiatives. Contribute to customer experience improvements and first-visit fix success. Assist in dealer readiness for recalls and emerging repair issues. Requirements: Outstanding customer service skills Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience ASE certification preferred College degree in a related field preferred Required Competencies: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, Email, and Web Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Effective relationship-building and communication skills Sense of urgency Location: Plymouth, MI – Hybrid schedule: 2 days remote (Monday and Friday), 3 days in-office (Tuesday-Thursday). Fully remote if outside Southeast MI. Travel: Occasional travel to dealers or conferences may be required.
