Technical Project Manager Product Development
Lead a team of software engineers to create plans for, and lead delivery of functional workflows to support our next generation SaaS solutions in Agile set up. Duties include: coach team members and champion best practices for quality, security, performance, and DevOps principles; prioritize features, and ensure proper documentation of requirements in accordance with Definition of Ready specifications; ensure completion of feature work meeting Definition of Done specifications; provide accurate reports to management in terms on project completion, team velocity, current status, dependencies, blockers, etc; help the team identify blockers and engage the necessary teams to clear them; and work with the team to come up with new ideas to improve our Agile practices. Supervise 3-10 employees in the roles of Sr. Software Engineers, Software Engineers I, and Software Engineers II. Requirements: Bachelors or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, and 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Engineer/Developer, Application Engineer, Technical Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Engineering Manager, Release Train Engineer, or a related/similar position. Experience therein to include the following: 4 years with Agile Frameworks, including Scrum, and KanBan XP; and managing and delivering Enterprise projects with ALM Tools, including JIRA; 3 years as a Scrum Master managing Scrum Teams. 3 year using CI/CD Frameworks, Jenkins, Scalable Infrastructure, Terraform and ANSIBLE; 3 years with software development using Web & SaaS Technologies, Java or .NET, RDBMS, NoSQL DBs, and Containerization Solutions using Dockers; 2 years with Spring Boot; Azure, AWS or GCP; Apache Kafka and Kubernetes; 2 years with functional experience in Supply Chain or Retail Domain; Experience managing and delivering Enterprise projects.
