Technical Support Specialist (IT Desktop Support + Logistics & Fleet Management Experience Required)

You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of both our IT systems and fleet logistics. Hours: (M-TH) 7am-4pm and (F) 7am-2pm, rotating on call schedule

Compensation: $65,000 per year Key Responsibilities:
IT Support Duties:
Provide Level 1 technical support for both field and office staff
Assist with imaging, deployment, and maintenance of new devices and software
Diagnose and repair minor hardware and software issues
Coordinate and schedule repairs with external vendors
Maintain and track accurate inventory of IT and dental equipment
Create, update, and maintain IT process and procedure documentation
Monitor endpoint detection and response (EDR) systems for security alerts
Assist with larger IT projects and initiatives as assigned
Logistics & Fleet Management Duties:
Oversee operations of the company's vehicle fleet
Ensure efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness in fleet operations
Manage vehicle acquisition, routine maintenance, and service scheduling
Supervise driver activity, including compliance and performance
Maintain accurate records of fleet utilization and operational reports
Collaborate with departments to support transportation and delivery needs
Technical Support Specialist Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
ITIL Certification (preferred)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or desktop support roles
Prior logistics, transportation, or fleet management experience is required
Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Intune, or other MDM solutions
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
Strong organizational and time management skills
Able to troubleshoot issues with remote staff effectively
