Work Setup: Hybrid (3x Onsite: Tues, Wed, Thurs | 2x Remote)
Introduction
Join our team as an RF Engineer , where you will contribute to the design, planning, and optimization of advanced LTE and 5G networks. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge telecommunication projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
RF Engineer Responsibilities
- Design and plan Radio Frequency (RF) networks for LTE and 5G, including RF analysis, search area issuance, candidate assessment, and site approvals.
- Redesign mature network zones to relieve capacity issues and improve SINR, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement performance improvements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance by leveraging internal tools such as FUZE and ATOLL.
- Perform macro, small cell, and in-building design, including antenna selection and placement based on RF principles and telecommunication standards.
- Integrate new cell sites into the network, optimizing them for performance and stability.
Must-Have Skills:
- 2-3+ years of experience in telecommunications with a focus on RF design.
- Proficiency with Atoll and FUZE tools, including RF design and CIQ processing.
- Ability to work independently and make informed network design decisions across multiple projects.
- Strong understanding of RF, antenna systems, frequency licensing, and technologies such as LTE, VoLTE, 5G, and VoNR.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred.
- RF-related certifications are a plus.
