The Role As part of the CNS (glioblastoma/GBM) Sales team, you will: Launch and promote our first-in-class therapies for GBM (brain) cancer across academic centers and community oncology practices Engage with a range of healthcare providers, from oncologists to nurse navigators, to educate, support, and grow adoption of TTFields therapy Develop strategic territory plans to meet and exceed business goals and expand patient access Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, market access, clinical education, and patient support to deliver seamless care experiences Provide hands-on support to providers and clinical staff on treatment onboarding, case reviews, and therapy troubleshooting Maintain accurate and timely CRM records to track progress, trends, and opportunities Essential Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or a related field Minimum 3–5 years of medical sales experience (pharmaceutical, medical devices, biotech, diagnostics) with a solid track record of success Strong clinical aptitude and the ability to engage with physicians on complex treatment topics Ability to manage a fast-paced territory, work autonomously, and collaborate closely with internal partners Willingness to travel 40–60% weekly within the territory The drive, tenacity, learning agility and empathy to succeed in oncology sales Preferred Qualifications: Experience launching new therapies Background in oncology Experience in both academic and community care settings Comfortable using data-driven sales tools and market insights About Us Novocure is a company with a powerful mission: to extend the lives of people living with some of the most aggressive forms of cancer.
