- Deploy, manage, and upgrade collaboration platforms including Atlassian Jira, Confluence, and Mattermost in enterprise environments.
- Design and maintain Kubernetes-based deployment architectures for high availability and scalability across medium to large enterprise infrastructures.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments leveraging services such as EKS, S3, KMS, EBS encryption, and multi-tier load balancing strategies.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code using Terraform/OpenTufu, Ansible and continuous delivery workflows using ArgoCD and GitOps principles.
- Create, manage, and version Helm Charts for automated and repeatable application deployments.
- Develop and maintain secure backup and disaster recovery strategies.
- Monitor system performance, availability, and resource usage, ensuring SLAs are met across all collaboration platforms.
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent technical degree; or in lieu of degree, 3 years of equivalent industry experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience using Agile and Scrum software development practices
- Minimum 5 years' experience testing applications developed using one or more programming languages such as C++, C#, Go, Java, Python, SQL, NoSQL, or JavaScript
- Minimum 3 years' experience using software testing methodologies, such as integration testing, acceptance testing, security testing and usability testing
- Minimum 3 years' experience cloud-computing environments to include Azure, AWS, and/or Google Cloud Platform. Minimum 3 years' experience configuring and running compliance software
- Minimum 3 years' experience configuring and running automation tools
- Minimum 3 years' experience with configuring and running test management tools
- Minimum 3 years' experience with defect/bug tracking tools. Minimum 3 years' experience testing web services, such as SOAP, REST, Parquet, and JSON.c.)
- Strong proficiency in Kubernetes (EKS preferred) and Helm-based deployments.
- Familiarity with IAM roles, secrets management, and encryption mechanisms within AWS.
- Experience deploying and managing CI/CD pipelines in a GitOps environment (ArgoCD preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving and automation scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar).
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or CloudWatch.
- Experience working with Easy Agile in Jira.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- CompTIA Security+ CE or other DoD 8570 IAT II certification
- US Citizenship and a Top Secret Security clearance.
- Experience in the architecture and implementation of medium-to-large distributed computing environments
- Experience/knowledge of software and system optimization, helping to remove potential performance bottlenecks.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $160,000.00 - $180,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
