Job Description Job Summary Provides nationwide title services, supporting real estate transactions by overseeing operational functions related to title services for customers.
Job Responsibilities
Leads teams performing duties related to title operations, supporting branches in clearing titles, and focusing on customer service.
Partners with groups such as Examining and Underwriting to ensure compliance, policy adherence, production goals, and timelines are met.
Provides leadership and direction through managers, supervisors, and individual contributors.
Accountable for the performance and results of a division or region.
Executes business plans and contributes to strategic development.
Guides decisions based on business unit or regional strategy and priorities.
Uses industry knowledge and business acumen to drive financial performance.
Impacts functional, divisional, or regional results broadly.
Resolves complex business problems using advanced critical thinking.
Persuades and negotiates with senior leaders.
Leads subordinate managers and contributes to long-term strategy and annual business planning.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
Experience
Typically requires 10+ years of related work experience.
