Lead the opening, expansion, and development of the market for the company by building commercial relationships and agreements that generate value for both the organization and the client. Achieve strategic relationships in the short, medium, and long term, focused on identifying and materializing business opportunities through the integration of advanced technological solutions. Ensure profitability, sustainability, and customer satisfaction through effective management of the resources and services offered.
Responsibilities:
• Define and implement the company's commercial strategy to position the company, developing a competitive value proposition that incorporates the latest trends in technology and industry practices, with the goal of achieving a solid positioning and a prominent presence among clients.
• Develop and maintain strong commercial relationships, acting as the main point of contact, analyzing market trends and client operations, with the aim of exploring their needs and expectations to offer technological solutions that generate value.
• Identify business opportunities within the client to strengthen the company's presence through current and future services, with the goal of meeting client needs and generating sustainability for the business.
• Ensure compliance with commercial agreements made with clients for service delivery, securing contract signatures and the availability of internal teams and resources, to guarantee timely delivery and negotiated service standards.
• Conduct negotiations under the company's commercial and pricing strategy to ensure the expected profitability and sustainability for the organization.
• Plan, execute, and close projects with clients, ensuring the achievement of objectives, scope, timelines, and costs, leveraging IT project management methodologies to generate efficiencies aligned with client methodologies.
• Continuously monitor and analyze the services provided to clients, implementing commercial and operational management dashboards with periodic information that reflects the service status, to generate valuable inputs for decision-making and/or action plan definition.
• Coordinate the resolution of incidents and/or issues in service delivery to channel and standardize client-reported events, consolidating the information and providing status analysis to the process leader.
• Prepare and present management reports to inform about service developments, project progress, or the implementation of new services to promptly address any concerns or issues, strengthening clear and direct communication with clients.
• Continuously monitor client account status to facilitate billing, collection, portfolio management, and other events impacting the company's resource collection.
• Actively participate in committees, boards, or client-required meetings, representing the company and its services, with the goal of addressing needs and/or concerns and serving as a direct communication channel.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, Systems or Information Technology, International Business, or related fields.
• A postgraduate degree in Project Management, Marketing, Business Development, and/or International Business is desirable.
• Over 8 years of experience in developing commercial accounts in companies within the technology, cement, concrete, and/or construction industries. Experience in financial management, meeting sales budgets, developing and implementing technological projects, as well as implementing services and positioning and branding strategies.
• Knowledge of the U.S. Commercial Regulation.
• Costing and Budgeting.
• Knowledge of Financial Processes such as OTC, PTR, etc.
• Knowledge in the Implementation and Development of Technological Solutions
