We are seeking a highly entrepreneurial, analytical and detail-oriented **Lead Business Analyst Workplace Transformation** to join our team. This **remote position** will play a critical role in driving data-informed decisions by leveraging Microsoft Power BI and other visualization tools to analyze supply chain performance, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements. This role requires **travel up to 50%** to work closely with the customer.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of supply chain operations, proficiency in data modeling and dashboard creation, and a passion for solving complex problems through data-driven insight to help create more meaningful work environments for our customers.**Key Responsibilities*** Analyze supply chain data across procurement, production, inventory, logistics, and distribution functions.* Build interactive dashboards and data visualizations using **Microsoft Power BI** to communicate KPIs and insights to stakeholders and team.* Develop and maintain robust reports, scorecards, and trend analyses to support planning and execution strategies.* Communicate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, forecast risks, and improve supply chain efficiency.* Translate business needs into data requirements and ensure alignment with strategic goals.* Assist with initiatives using both historical data and predictive analytics.* Improve & automate routine reporting and improve data workflows for reliability and efficiency.**Ideal Qualifications*** Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in a supply chain, operations in a business analytics role.* Advanced proficiency in **Microsoft Power BI**, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.* Strong knowledge of **Excel**, **SQL**, and **Access**.* Experience working with large data sets, ERP systems, and supply chain metrics.* Ability to communicate complex analytical findings in a clear, concise, and visually engaging way.* Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.* Willingness and ability to travel up to **50%** to domestic sites and partner locations.**What we Offer**We dont believe in boilerplate perks or checkbox cultures.
