Job Description Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Cardiac Cath Lab Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Monday to Friday Hours per Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (variable start times: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM) Experience: Minimum 3 years License: Valid nursing licensure Certifications: BLS, ACLS
Must-Have Skills/Experience: Sedation competency Circulating competency
Description: The purpose of this position is to provide exceptional nursing care in a cardiac catheterization laboratory. The selected candidate will work in a fast-paced environment focusing on cardiovascular patients. This role includes responsibilities such as monitoring patients during procedures, administering sedation, and assisting with interventional radiology. A strong emphasis is placed on teamwork and self-motivation. The ideal candidate will be familiar with recording case logs and will be proficient in using relevant medical equipment. Shifts will generally occur during weekdays with variable start times. Weekend on-call duties may be required once every four weeks. All applicants must complete Epic training before the first day of employment.
