$120,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage field operations in partnership with project superintendents and
engineers
Track project schedule, scope, and costs, identifying risks and opportunities Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors Ensure compliance with all contract requirements, safety protocols, and local regulations Lead project documentation, change management, and progress reporting Mentor Project Engineers and junior team members to support professional growth Participate in internal project reviews and financial updates with senior leadership
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience 7+ years of field experience in heavy civil or underground construction Must have hands-on experience with underground piping, trenching, and wet utility installation
in California
Familiarity with public works requirements, Cal/OSHA standards, and city agency coordination OSHA 30 (CAL/OSHA) certification required Proven ability to manage and mentor project teams Strong time management, organization, and communication skills Able to access and navigate active job sites across various terrains and conditions
