Pennino Management Group . Assists Principals and Project Managers with delivery of multiple projects for Public, Private, and Institutional clients. The scope includes technical studies, reports, master planning, programming, design, bid, construction inspection, and management. Project types include public/private developments, utility analysis/design/installation, transit projects, streets, parking, public works, and site development. Responsibilities: Manage technical aspects of project delivery from planning to completion. Coordinate with sub-consultants and internal staff, monitor schedules and budgets. Serve as liaison with divisions, agencies, and clients to resolve issues. Ensure quality standards, efficiency, and client satisfaction. Develop project standards from design through commissioning. Review vendor and manufacturer specifications. Meet with clients, prepare presentations, proposals, and handle contract and billing processes. Oversee on-site construction and inspections for various projects. Qualifications: Minimum 10 years managing multi-disciplinary engineering projects. Strong technical knowledge in reports, designs, and specifications. Understanding of private, public, and institutional facilities practices. Experience in transportation public works is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, Construction Management, or related field. PE License or PMP Certification preferred. Effective communication and project management skills. Experience coordinating with consultants. Organizational and time-management skills, ability to work independently. Proficiency in project management software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint; BlueBeam Revu and AutoCAD/MicroStation are a plus. Company:
