The successful candidate will be a key financial leader, responsible for driving financial strategy, business performance, and corporate finance initiatives. This role involves overseeing financial planning and analysis, business unit finance support, and capital allocation, with a strong focus on ensuring alignment with the company's long-term objectives. The VP of Finance will also be instrumental in providing financial insights, guiding decision-making, and optimizing resource allocation in close collaboration with senior leadership. Candidates for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or CFA preferred, and at least 7 years' of progressive finance leadership experience. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, technical proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analytics, and exceptional communication abilities. Experience in high-growth, venture-backed technology companies is also a plus.
