Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) At VCA Dunwoody Veterinary Center
VCA Dunwoody Veterinary Center is excited to expand our team and is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist)! Schedule: Part-time opportunity About Us: VCA Dunwoody Veterinary Center is a full-service facility offering preventative and routine care, surgery and dental procedures. We pride ourselves on maintaining a supportive, team-oriented culture where learning and professional development are encouraged. As a CSR, you will be the first point of contact for clients and their pets, ensuring a welcoming and positive experience. Your role is essential in supporting our veterinary team by managing appointments, client communication, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email. Schedule appointments, manage patient check-ins/check-outs, and process payments. Educate clients on hospital services, wellness plans, and pet care. Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks efficiently. Assist in handling client concerns with professionalism and empathy. Work collaboratively with veterinary teams to ensure smooth hospital operations. Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in a customer service or veterinary setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software.
