Full-time About This Opportunity ️ Lead operations across multiple steel framing manufacturing facilities Drive operational excellence and efficiency improvements company-wide Strategic leadership role with direct impact on company growth and profitability What You'll Be Doing: Drive operational strategy
- develop and execute plans to optimize performance Lead Plant Managers
- build and mentor a strong operations leadership team Improve efficiency
- identify and implement lean manufacturing principles Scale operations
- support company growth with operational infrastructure Optimize production
- ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards Manage P&L responsibility
- drive profitability across all manufacturing sites Cross-functional leadership
- partner with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain Ensure compliance
- maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards Strategic planning
- contribute to long-term business strategy and growth What You Bring: Steel framing industry experience
desired - deep understanding of manufacturing processes Multi-site leadership
- proven track record managing multiple facilities Manufacturing excellence
- lean manufacturing and continuous improvement expertise P&L management
- financial responsibility and cost optimization experience Team leadership
- ability to lead and develop plant managers and operations teams Strategic thinking
