Vice President, Engineering About the Company Globally renowned food manufacturer Industry Food & Beverages Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is in search of a Vice President of Engineering to lead and develop the engineering strategy across its North American operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives, overseeing capital project planning and execution, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency are met. This critical leadership role involves partnering with cross-functional teams, implementing best-in-class engineering practices, and managing a team of engineering professionals across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in multi-site operations and large-scale capital projects, with a strong knowledge of automation, process engineering, and plant maintenance. Applicants for the Vice President of Engineering position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive engineering leadership experience in the food and beverage or manufacturing sectors. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The role demands an individual with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills, who can ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards. The candidate must be based in the United States and have full working rights.
