The Opportunity :
We are looking for a dedicated Outreach Vision Program Coordinator to join our outreach team. The Outreach Program Coordinator role is to lead and execute community-based outreach programs for our pediatric dental, vision and orthodontic practices within a given region.

- Build and maintain trusting relationships with community partners
- Educate members of our communities on the importance of dental, vision and orthodontic care within an assigned region
- Drive increase access to care for children kid rural communities of CO
- Connect families to services offered by the company and our partners
- Create a larger patient base for our practices through community programs, outreach and grassroots marketing initiatives
- Must have ability to travel within our surrounding communities and regional practices on a regular basis, approximately 60% travel which includes overnight stays for 2-3 days/ week
- Ability to work weekends and 10+ hour days
- 1-2 years' experience in managing a team of 2 or more
- Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills including excellent written communication and speaking ability
- Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Proven ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills, resolve conflict, and manage competing demands
- Proven ability to administer community events by successfully managing patient flow and high-quality service
- Experience with medical, dental, and/or vision care
- Experience in public speaking and implementation of community programs for those in need
- Bilingual in Spanish
