Our Fortune 100 Fintech client is seeking a highly creative and strategically-minded
Art Director
to lead the integration and evolution of visual brand identity. The Art Director will help shape and steward the company’s design standards, visual systems, and brand expression across all consumer touchpoints—from digital and experiential to B2B and direct response. This is an opportunity to build, harmonize, and scale a distinctive visual language that bridges the client’s legacy identity with the newly acquired brand voice—bringing clarity, consistency, and creativity to a broad spectrum of financial products and services. Key Responsibilities: Develop, evolve, and document brand identity standards and design systems for enterprise-wide use, with special attention to integrating acquired brand assets and guidelines. Design across multiple channels including digital, print, UX/UI, social, B2B, and experiential platforms. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including copywriters, strategists, marketers, product owners, and technology partners. Translate strategic objectives and customer insights into visually compelling creative solutions. Lead brainstorming sessions and conceptual development for campaigns and customer-facing initiatives. Provide visual direction, oversight, and review of creative work produced by junior designers and external vendors. Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to internal stakeholders and business leaders. Manage timelines and project pipelines effectively, delivering high-quality work with attention to detail and brand integrity. Use design thinking to support integrated storytelling and multi-platform brand experiences. Who You Are: A brand-driven creative who thrives in both the big-picture and fine-detail phases of design. Basic Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of professional design experience (in-house, agency, freelance, or internship) Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Experience with at least one prototyping tool (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent military experience) 2+ years experience using Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD Familiarity with direct response, B2B, or performance marketing campaigns Prior experience in the financial services or fintech industry Why Join: You'll be joining a forward-thinking, human-centered design team at a top-tier financial institution that values creativity, strategic thinking, and the power of visual storytelling.
