$95k - $155k base Summary: A leading manufacturer and distributor is seeking a Logistics Process Improvement Leader to drive operational excellence across its logistics and distribution functions. This role will focus on applying lean principles, automation, and data-driven strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and support long-term growth. Key Responsibilities: Drive logistics efficiency using lean principles and automation. Standardize and optimize warehouse layouts, SOPs, and inventory strategies. Implement digital tools to replace manual processes and reduce costs. Lead contractor coordination and internal training on new systems. Support budgeting and analytics using tools like Power BI and AI. Ensure compliance with warehousing and shipping regulations. Promote safety and continuous improvement aligned with ISO standards. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years in warehouse management and international logistics. Expertise in data analytics (Power BI), ERP systems, and warehouse automation. Strong understanding of lean principles and import/export compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills. Comfortable with occasional travel and extended work hours. Seniority level
