BT-81 - Systems Administrator
Location: Chantilly (fully on-site, no remote option)

Support customer's integrated learning enterprise
Mandatory Skills
Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/Centos Server environment. Demonstrated professional experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and tuning performance parameters in the Apache/Tomcat Java Webserver environment. Demonstrated professional experience defining, requesting, configuring, and monitoring Cloud server architectures to include Amazon Web Server EC2, RDBS, S3, and Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53 in a Tier 3 support environment. Demonstrated professional experience developing and implementing system upgrades. Demonstrated experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies, Demonstrated experience providing Operations & Maintenance, Tier 1-3 Support Demonstrated customer relationship management skills. Demonstrated experience creating and updating procedures e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Optional Skills
Demonstrated experience using Agile management systems and methods such as Kanban or Scrum. Demonstrated experience working in the DevSecOps environment e.g., CI/CD pipeline, CloudFormation. Demonstrated experience utilizing CLIs with Windows, AWS and Linux environments. Demonstrated experience moving systems through the accreditation and authorization (A&A) process and monitoring for compliance. Demonstrated experience with gathering evidence to support the A&A process e.g., POA&Ms. Demonstrated professional experience installing and configuring the Moodle Learning Management System. Demonstrate experience with Database engineering, development and administration.
