Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Assembly . We are looking for an
Electronic QC Assembly Inspector
to join our team and support various production activities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years working experience in Printed Circuit Board (PCB) and/or Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) Inspection. Be able to work in multiple inspection areas of the Company. Incoming Inspection. In-process Inspection. Final Inspection. Have working knowledge of basic measuring tools, Caliper, Micrometer, Pin Gages, Surface Plate. Be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and bill of materials. Have computer skills and work with Microsoft Word and Excel. Be familiar with IPC-A-610.
Responsibilities
Under 10x mag Lamp Visual Inspection of PCBs and PCBAs for solder quality and overall workmanship, including Inspection of raw materials, components, hardware, cable, and wire. Ability to measure and inspect under microscope. Generate First Article Reports, recording dimensional measurements and Inspection criteria, in accordance with applicable Engineering Drawings, Documents and IPC Standards. Maintain accurate and legible Inspection records and documentation, written on log or database. Other duties may be assigned by Manager, as necessary to work in other areas as needed.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Certified to IPC-A-610 Standards is a plus, but not required.
