This employee will be a primary contact and liaison with our internal departments and external vendors. They will be responsible for coordinating various marketing projects and providing organizational support. Direct engagement with marketing communications, technology, analytics, research, promotion, and sales tools. Assisting with the development and execution of the marketing department’s strategic initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities Project management: Of all primary marketing department activities. Brand management: Ensure all internal, external, printed, electronic, visual and verbal materials uphold the brand standard. Content: Participate in creation and facilitate with internal and external resources for writing, designing, and editing content for clarity, grammar, and compliance with company standards. Coordinate content as it relates to website, social media, bulletins, newsletters etc. Prepares presentations, sales material and mailings for sales and marketing needs. Organizes and maintain photo library. Executes email communications and assists in administering the email platform. Assists in the development of effective internal and external marketing campaigns and programs, creating brand awareness, working with other departments to build momentum and drive the message. Works in conjunction with sales managers, product manager, and other internal resources to formulate communications and other planning for product related activities. Assists customers with requests for co-branded projects and events. Arranges photography, videography and schedules coordination with distributers, homeowners and vendors. Attends and assists with all efforts of Windsor sponsored or branded events such as distributor meetings, customer/vendor visits, sales meetings, training events, etc. Analyze market trends and customer data to assist with marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness. Includes gathering field intelligence on competitor strategies. Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals at all levels. Excellent critical thinking skills as well as time management Knowledge and understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms. Familiarity with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite and Photoshop) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Business or similar field preferred. Associated degree required. 3-5 years of Marketing experience in a Manufacturing environment or related experience.
