Description
We are looking for a dedicated HRIS Analyst to oversee the maintenance, optimization, and support of the Workday Human Resources Information System in Marysville, Ohio. In this role, you will collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure data accuracy, troubleshoot system issues, and enhance functionality to meet organizational needs. This position is ideal for an analytical individual who thrives in a collaborative and service-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the Workday system, including organizational setups, workflow improvements, and reporting challenges.
Develop and maintain system configurations and reports to support business operations while ensuring data integrity.
Provide guidance and support to other departments by addressing HRIS-related inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Document recurring problems and solutions to improve system usability and user satisfaction.
Create and deliver training materials and communication strategies to promote effective system usage across teams.
Facilitate Workday transactions and generate both standard and custom reports to meet internal and external requirements.
Participate in the testing and quality assurance of system updates and enhancements to ensure optimal performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align system capabilities with evolving business needs.
Uphold organizational values such as compassion, accountability, respect, excellence, and service in daily responsibilities.
Ensure compliance with mandatory training, safety programs, and ethical standards, reporting any concerns as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience working with Workday or a similar HRIS platform is highly desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in both independent and team settings.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR data management and reporting.
Experience with Atlassian Jira, Citrix Technologies, and cloud solutions is advantageous.
Knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies and Active Directory is a plus.
Familiarity with backup technologies, business requirement documentation, and A/B testing processes is preferred.
