Job Description We are seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Product Manager specializing in Workday Financials to lead enhancements and drive innovation within a fast-paced technology environment. In this remote-friendly role, you’ll report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Solutions and collaborate across Engineering, Partner, and Sales teams globally. You will shape and maintain the Workday product roadmap, ensuring that system changes meet business objectives and regulatory needs. Your work will directly impact internal operational efficiency and finance workflows. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on building cross-functional processes and delivering end-to-end solutions in an enterprise setting. Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and refine the Workday Financials roadmap in collaboration with internal teams. Drive improvements in intake and prioritization of system requests across global business units. Manage Workday enhancements and upgrades, ensuring minimal business disruption. Lead product solution initiatives including planning, documentation, testing, and rollout. Oversee configuration, integration, and troubleshooting across Workday Financials modules. Partner with teams across Sales, Professional Services, and Engineering for process alignment. Provide ongoing support and strategic guidance for production issues and risk management. Document and maintain functional requirements and configuration details. Required Experience/Skills
6+ years of Workday product management experience. Deep expertise in Workday Financials, with hands-on configuration and troubleshooting skills. Proven experience with Workday Extend/Built on Workday and Workday Studio. Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for product and project tracking. Experience integrating with indirect tax software such as Sovos, Avalara, or Vertex. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice-to-Haves
Experience working within or supporting SaaS-based enterprise environments. Exposure to international teams and time zone coordination. Familiarity with enterprise tax compliance systems and regulatory processes. Education
Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Finance, Information Systems, Business, or related field. Pay & Benefits Summary
