Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience with modern CRM applications. o Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator and Zoho Analytics preferred. 2+ years of experience supporting or administrating manufacturing ERP systems. o lnfor VISUAL ERP preferred. Experience documenting systems, workflows, and training materials. Strong understanding of business processes in sales, manufacturing and finance. Intermediate SQL skills and experience with data transformation/reporting. Experience with Deluce scripting (Zoho Creator/CRM) is preferred. Familiarity with ERP data structure (e.g., Jobs, BOMs, Routings, MRP) is preferred. Integration experience using APls, Zoho Flow, or other third-party integrations and ETL tools (Skyvia, Make, Workato) is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments. Curiosity and a desire to continuously improve systems and processes.
Responsibilities
The following activities are required in this position: Promote excellence throughout the department and company. Administer and customize modules across Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Analytics, and related Zoho One applications. Design and implement workflows, blueprints, automation, validation rules, and custom functions. Create and maintain dashboards and reports for sales, marketing, customer service, and executive leadership. Support users in core ERP functions: quoting, job orders, material planning, purchasing, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and invoicing. Assist with configuration, troubleshooting, and training related in lnfor VISUAL modules. Extract, analyze, and interpret ERP data to assist in business decisions and reporting. Maintain integration between Zoho and lnfor VISUAL via middleware, APls or data bridges. Act as internal consultant to improve workflows, data flows, and system adoption across departments. Conduct root cause analysis of system issues and recommend or implement corrective actions. Manage access, roles, permission, and documentation for both platforms. Liaise with vendors (Zoho support, lnfor partners) when advanced support is needed. Provide occasional support for general IT help desk functions as assigned. Additional responsibilities and tasks assigned as necessary. Other duties as required
