Job Summary: We are seeking a Zoho ecosystem expert (consultant/developer) to

design, configure, implement , and

train our team

on a comprehensive production management system. The ideal candidate will have deep, hands-on experience with

Zoho CRM ,

Zoho Projects ,

Zoho Inventory , and

Zoho Sprints , with a strong focus on automating complex workflows and integrating platforms. They should be able to translate business processes into efficient technological solutions, prioritizing a simplified interface for production staff.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Analysis and Design:

Deep analysis of current production workflow: Sales, Pre-Sales, Planning, Production, Storage/Delivery. Design optimal architecture within Zoho Projects: portals, tasks, custom fields, and automations. Structure Zoho CRM for managing leads/customers and integrate with Projects. Configure Zoho Inventory for raw materials and finished product tracking. Plan for potential integration with Zoho Sprints (design/development). Plan for WhatsApp Business and chatbot integration with Zoho CRM. 2. Configuration and Development:

Set up Zoho Projects portal: user roles, templates, milestones, tasks. Customize fields and layouts in Projects, CRM, and Inventory. Build complex

Blueprints

and

Deluge scripts

for process automation. Configure dashboards and custom reports for management. Enable bidirectional integration between CRM and Projects. Configure Zoho Inventory for reorder points and purchasing. Integrate WhatsApp Business and chatbot (Zoho SalesIQ Zobot or 3rd party). 3. Implementation and Training:

Lead phased implementation of Zoho system. Create training materials and conduct hands-on sessions (6-person team). Provide post-implementation support and resolve issues. 4. Continuous Optimization:

Monitor system performance and propose improvements. Adapt automations and workflows based on business needs.

Required Skills and Experience:

3–5 years of proven hands-on experience

implementing Zoho solutions. Expertise in: Zoho CRM

: workflows, Blueprints, API, Deluge. Zoho Projects

: milestones, tasks, custom fields, dashboards. Zoho Inventory

: product management, purchase orders, stock levels. Zoho Sprints

: agile project management (preferred). Zoho SalesIQ/Zobot

: chatbot configuration. Zoho Flow

: integration between Zoho apps and third parties. Integrations:

WhatsApp Business API (native or via Twilio/360Dialog). Strong

process analysis

and

problem-solving skills . Fluent

Spanish communication , basic

English

for technical use. Deluge scripting

experience for custom functions and workflows. End-user training experience, especially non-technical staff. Proactive attitude and ownership of system optimization.
