Job Description
The Human ResourcesCoordinator aids with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. This role provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including screening all calls and visits to HR office, file maintenance and HRIS entry.Additionally, this role will manage the front desk at our Riverside location. This position reports to the HR Director.

Essential Job Functions
Assists with managing our internal leave of absence process for all employees across the divisions Assists with the onboarding and orientation of new hires Helps coordinate and assist with training sessions Manages employee-facing perks programs including but not limited to- Real Deals, Employee Stay and Bus Passes Performs administrative tasks; general administration and coordination, answering all internal and external related inquiries and requests, and assisting with payroll administration Supporting the HR team with special (ad hoc) projects Completes HRIS entry for current employees, new hires and terminated employees Trains managers and employees on HRIS systems Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files Helps maintain the employee portal Assists with benefits and wellness fairs Manages the front desk and be the first point of contact for any employee or guest needs Assists or prepares correspondence shipping needs Keeps the common areas clean and organized Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience At least two years of related experience required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to engage with customers in a positive and helpful manner Ability to manage difficult interactions Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software Familiarity with company rules, regulations, and operational standards Ability to identify straightforward issues and propose simple solutions Ability to quickly adapt to changes in processes, customer flow, environments, and tasks Ability to be a team player, working collaboratively with others
Work Environment & Physical Demands
Ability to stand, type and sit at desk/computer for most of the work shift executing repetitive movements No adverse or hazardous conditions Not required, but preferred to be able to occasionally lift, push or pull 25 lbs. individually or with assistance
