Reporting Solutions team

CX Operations , where we deliver
market-leading reporting solutions and exceptional client service . As part of the
Client Reporting team , you will play a critical role in ensuring timely, accurate delivery of client reports and data, while driving process improvements and supporting automation initiatives. What You’ll Do: Deliver periodic
client reports
with precision and within demanding deadlines. Analyze client requirements and
trends in data requests
to improve reporting services. Ensure timely and accurate
distribution of deliverables , proactively communicating any potential delays. Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to
understand data flows
across client, market, and fund information. Identify and implement
process improvements, automation, and standardization
to enhance efficiency. Support
risk awareness
within the team, maintaining strict attention to detail and issue escalation. Utilize
Excel and proprietary technology
to provide scalable reporting solutions. What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience
in reporting, operations, or data management. High proficiency in
Microsoft Excel ;
VBA
skills are a strong plus. Strong
analytical and problem-solving
abilities with attention to detail. Excellent
written and verbal communication
and client-facing skills. Proven
ability to manage deadlines
in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy. Interest in
investment products and financial markets . Strong
risk awareness
