Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a fast-paced, high-volume service drive. Greet and assist guests, ensuring a smooth and timely experience. Oversee daily scheduling and workflow of service advisors. Train, coach, and develop service team members. Collaborate with department leaders to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency. Set, track, and achieve department goals and Toyota CXI targets. Monitor and improve profitability while maintaining top-tier service standards. Ensure all service repairs meet dealership and manufacturer quality standards.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Service Drive Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role. Strong knowledge of service department operations, including warranty claims and policies. Skilled in hiring, coaching, and performance management. Track record of delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Ability to create and maintain a positive, professional environment for both guests and staff. Familiarity with Toyota service processes is a plus.
